This place is located at an awesome location. Steps away from Back Bay Station, and one block away from the Green Line Station(either Copley or Arlington). The building also has great amenities(resident lounge and gym). This building has a no smoking policy, but I guess the management and staffs are not really good at implementing it. The previous tenant of my unit apparently smoked cigarettes in the unit, and I ended up with a cigarette smelling unit. The elevator also smelled like weed once, so apparently someone smoked weed in the building. It is great to have a 24 hr Concierge Service, if all the front desk staffs are nice and friendly. The fact is, not all of them are. In fact, there are some that are so rude(pretended like they did not see you when you walk in front of them) The neighbors on my floor are also rude, a next door neighbor likes to turn on loud music at random times. Some other neighbors always slam their doors when they come in or go out of their units. Overall, this is a good place to live because of the location. It will be much much better if the management could be more strict towards the inconsiderate tenants, and also if they could work on training the some of the staffs so that they could deliver better service.
