First time in I ordered the fried chicken plate with rice and beans… they ran out of rice and beans (which I could understand) so I opted to white rice and bean sauce… so so good and to my surprise the quantity was very plentiful. .I’ve been to many haitian restaurants and respectively nu Flav by far gives you the most for your buck (go ahead and check) the rice was so moist and soft and delicious and the chicken (imo) was to die for… did I mention that it also comes with plantains? Good good food… family owned restaurant. .very nice, down to earth people that were extremely friendly every time I go… (my 5th time now and I live in chelsea mass… yup I’m addicted lol)

So uhh I was not aware this was a Haitian restaurant lol but I digress. Food was good I got rice and peas with BBQ chicken. Rice was black but was delicious and the chicken was pretty good.
My only complaint is the chicken portion was small it all could’ve been eaten in the first sitting. Even my friend who ordered stew chicken said the portions were off although there was plenty of rice. The next day I just made some sauté fish and onions put it on top of the rice and took it to work.
Next time I’ll just ask for a little more meat but other than that it was pretty good

im sorry but unacceptable to walk into a new business and order 2 orders of burgers and fries and thier was not even 1 customer and it take 40mins and im still counting down to the moment i gettin my food. wow never experienced anything like this!!! never ever again give it up nu fav or get lessons on service.. just got my food i respect the lady in the back coming 2 show me the food it looked really good… wont know til i eat it now to see if it was worth the wait… but gotta run faster please

Ordered from them tonight & placed my order at 8:30pm. Got a call from ear24 at 8:57 saying that they didn’t have anymore goat or rice & beans so I ordered more chicken & just got white rice. 10pm comes around so I call the restaurant & they tell me that the delivery guy had already left. Food finally comes at 10:30pm. Mind you I don’t live far from the restaurant so wasn’t sure why it took so long. The food was decent cold by the time it got here. Ribs weren’t bad but feel like it wasn’t worth waiting 2 hours & $ 40 on.
So they get 2 stars for slow service & cold food.

Currently pissed off.
Called in and ordered a rack of ribs, fries, and plantain. Made my order at 10:25pm. Asked for the wait time and was told 15−30mins. At 11:08, 40mins later, I called in for my food and was told my food was ready but they were waiting for the delivery driver. At 11:35pm my food arrived but the side of my order was missing. Sigh. I’ve been calling since the delivery dropped off my food and nothing…
I only gave them the 2 stars because the food that finally did make it to me was decent. The ribs were delicious but almost cold.
So good taste but 1 hour and 10 minute wait for my food.

After a misunderstanding I was able to get my food at a good timing delivery. The manager name Juan is awesome at doing his job. He was very helpful and understanding. When I got my food, it was hot and delicious. The mac and cheese is to die for. The chicken is kinda on the dry side. My son loved the ribs, he ate the whole half side of ribs. Over all 4 star with a great manager.

The food was very good. I ordered for delivery through Grubhub. I had tried both mac & cheese dishes. Rice with turkey. Fried fish (red snapper). The pikliz I was happy with too. It had good flavor and spice.
