Excellent conference host, perhaps not such a great year-​long dorm… here’s why:
SAFE: The entry system ensures no one enters the building/​dorms without the appropriate key. The doors have a key card and a punch code for two layers of security.
CLEAN: The INV is impeccably clean.
SUITE LAYOUT: The suites are Jack-​and-​Jill style, and the bathroom locks doors on both ends when in use. The walls are paper-​thin, though, so pray for a quiet roommate! The bathroom has ample storage space and the layout is fair.
TERRIBLE BEDS: The beds are not conducive to sleeping… I recommend a foam or down layer in between the bed and your sheets.
STORAGE: there is a desk with ample storage, and the bed is lofted mid-​level so drawers and open space are beneath. The ‘closet’ is exposed, but has enough space for a decent amount of clothing.
CONFERENCE: The INV hosted my company for a conference, and the service was excellent.
