I was on the way to visit my uncle at AZ, so I need some souvenirs for my uncle. I bought a SWEAT shirt from this shop at Terminal A location, and found that my shirt was taxable.
Usually clothing product is tax exempt in MA; however, not sure if that shirt considered as gift/​souvenir or not. So, I asked the staff and he just was carelessly answering the question, and ignored us even if he had noone else to take care of at that time.
The price of one sweat shirt was $ 36.99, way too expensive comparing to the quality.

Couteous staff. Mediocore selection. Instead of seeing columns of stacks of the same travel magazines I woukd have liked to see a more interesting variety. I suppose they are catering to travelers but I’m sure people would be more apt to buying unique interesting finds rather than the cookie cutter fashion and news publications.
