I had an issue with my house where an outlet powering one of my fridges had died, so I called Mr Response Electric.
The Good:
They were able to come out the same day I called them, which was nice.
The worker who came was informative, knowledgeable and polite.
The Horrible:
Their price was outrageous. ~$ 210 to tell me what was with the outlet, ~$ 70 to tell me some wires in the basement were dead. In total, the bill came up to ~$ 750 to run a new cable from the broken outlet to another one within 10 feet.
The going rate for this company is absolutely ridiculous and way more than any other company I’ve dealt with in the past. With prices like this, I don’t know how they have any repeat customers at all. I sure as hell won’t be calling them again.
