First time eating here. Was very amazed by a food quality and great prices. The whole lunch meal with a drink can cost you under $ 10. I would even consider going there for lunch when I’m in Boston.

Best bargain lunch in the hospital area — plate of chips* and 2 rolls for $ 2.95 allow you to make 2 satisfying chip butties (and leave you with enough chips to share with a friend). The chips were actually surprisingly good, sadly I’ve had to get used to the pale, insipid skinny wee thing that passes for the real deal in boston, but these are crispy crunchy crinkle cut little bites of heavenly starchiness. All that was lacking was a big bottle of malt vinegar, but next time, I’ll remember to bring my own. What this place lacks in ambience (basically a load of busy doctors, nurses, and sick looking people), it makes up for in price and choice. Wear scrubs or a white coat to fit in.
* chips = fries, not CRISPS as we’d call them back home.
