Is not so bad. I always managed to find what im looking for. fairly organized and like any usual Marshalls the cashiers are almost never in a rush but pleasant. My boyfriend has managed to find really nice sweatpants in here as well. the home décor section of it has some unique items too. Not a huge fan of the shoe department on the winter time, they dont really have nice, girly boots like other of its sister locations.

What a mess! This Marshalls location in East Boston is much smaller than others in the area and it was a hot mess when we showed up. The clothing selection here was horrible, and we could find any real men’s clothing that didn’t seem stretch. The only good experience we had here was with the cashier. She was very polite and was the only one around. I didn’t see any other employees in the store, but I did see some dogs fighting, some angry customers complaining about plastic bags, and a bunch of ripped packages. In the end this Marshalls was a mess and we will try to avoid this location at all costs. Try the one at the Meadow Glen Mall if you can make it out that way. The selection there is better and the clothing doesn’t look torn up like this location.

I enjoy this Marshall’s and used to go there all the time. HOWEVER there is one employee there that my friends, neighbors and I can not stand. Her name is Linda and she is just mean to everyone. Not helpful, snaps at people for trying on shoes, looks at you like you’re an idiot if you ask for a specific product. She is the reason we are traveling to Chelsea now and going to the TJ Maxx there. Bummer
