Katie Beth was the agent who found my apartment in the Kenmore/​Fenway area. She met my roommate and I at the apartment instead of first meeting at her office (which some agents require you to do — pretty stupid when you are closer to the apartment you want to see than the agent’s office). She was super nice and friendly with us the whole time. Immediately we decided we wanted the apartment and she helped us figure out the plan for signing the paperwork the next morning. She even picked me up on her way into the office the next morning and bought me coffee! BIG POINTS! The whole process was as painless as can be, and I enjoyed working with her so much that I referred my girlfriend to her for a new apartment!
