It is great, I love Jack Wills, their clothes are beautiful and of high quality. Plus, the stuff there are so nice, and have cute British accent!

I placed an order online, and received a very nice bag in a promptly manner. No problem with the bag, it’s great. However, a week later a bill for $ 55 shows up for custom duty fees. There was no clear mention on website about this at the time of purchase, so it came as a complete surprise. When I called customer service they said«It’s in our Terms and conditions». I found the link on their site, and after I read lengthy text, I found a tiny phrase buried in it that«they are not responsible for custom duty». I think a company should be way more upfront about things like this to avoid disappointment! It’s completely hidden and no way you’ll see it when you place an order! Beware.

Great experience for my daughter on Sunday. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Boutique atmosphere with British flair. Daughter loves the line and occasionally I pick something up for her as a reward.

Excellent stock on the sale rack and nicely fitted shirts in a ginormous variety of stripes, prints, and solids. But the best part? The gorgeous, friendly, engaging, and über helpful staff. Now that’s the way to run a retail business. Snotty sales peeps down the street, please take note.

I went in this store with a friend of mine recently and we had THEBEST time. The majority of the sales associates we met were not only super helpful and friendly but they managed to be so without exuding that«corporate fake customer service» we’d encountered in pretty much every other store we went in on Newbury that day. It was obvious these associates cared about the product and spoke clearly and professionally about what they were selling but they were still people, not just regurgitating some script from on high. After spending a great many years in retail myself, all of these associates reminded me of the kind of people I would strive to hire to work in my stores. They made our shopping experience fun and memorable — and we both bought items we most likely would not have if we hadn’t been treated so well. Kudos to the manager of this location(who was one of the people who made our visit so awesome) — he’s doing a killer job!

I love this store and I went in looking for a specific item. Sadly I couldn’t find it on the floor, but the staff I dealt with was great. He went in search of the item for me then looked it up online to make sure I could get it from the website. It’s a beautiful store with great pieces!

I have been a huge fan of Jack Wills since I first visited their locations in England. I was so excited when they opened this store in Boston! The look and feel of it is Fabulously British as always… However, the staff at this location has recently been incredibly rude. I walked in at 7pm on a Monday evening, and started to browse with the rest of the customers, when an employee came up to me and told me that I would have to leave because they were trying to close. There were at least 10 other people still browsing in the downstairs alone, and he did not choose to ask any of them to leave. As a result, I think I may stick to only shopping for Jack Wills on their web site now. Too bad, went in prepared to buy!
