Convenient location and extremely clean! Dr Song is very knowledgeable and I always feel better after my treatments. The sessions are long, but it works! Also, I haven’t found a single establishment in the city that is as knowledgeable about herbs as this place. You get customized herbs, made to order, and prepared in the appropriate fashion (not pre made powder or tablets in a bottle). Give it a try!

Dr. Song is the best Acupuncturist I’ve ever been to. I go there whenever I have something out of the ordinary — this year it was because I had pinched a nerve or something in my leg and the pain was excruciating. I had been to the doctors and urgent care and neither could give me any relief, they attributed it to arthritis but I knew it was much more because if I even slightly moved my knee in the wrong way, pain shot through like it was being knifed. After just one visit to Dr. Song, the pain slowly diminished until gone completely. Previously I had 3 broken bones in my foot (metatarsal). My doctor told me I would have pain off and on for the rest of my life since the blood doesn’t flow there to help heal the bones completely. I went to Dr. Song for that (3 years ago) and the pain has been gone for years. Other acupuncturist relieve symptoms for a temporary period whereas she seems to know how to relieve it for good. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Song is magic. I was having trouble getting pregnant. I went to Dr. Song for acupuncture, and I was pregnant in the first full cycle after I started weekly treatments with her. She kept treating me through my first and then third trimesters. She was flexible and accommodating and I always felt relief from my symptoms immediately after a session with her. I also went back after I gave birth to get help with some injuries I sustained during delivery. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Song.

Been going to Holli balance for 8 weeks. At first I was skeptical but I do think that the treatment is working. My insurance does cover the acupuncture but even if it didn’t I would likely pay. The appointments are about 2 hours long but I can’t say enough good things about how I feel afterwards. I’m going to write a follow-​up review once my treatment is done.

Dr. Song’s treatments were very intense. First treatment was almost 3 hours long. She uses many needles and electrical stimulation. I would have been fine with all of this, except that she billed my insurance for over $ 1000 each treatment. I think she was dishonest with the insurance company. I have not been back.

Dr. Song provides treatments that really heal. She is an outstanding clinician, a great listener, and very good with the needles (mostly painless). Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of health, kind, gentle, and determined to help. I saw her for a few problems: shoulder pain, bunions, finger arthritis. After a few months of regular treatments I am now pain free.

Dr Song is very knowledgeable in the field of Chinese Herbal Medicine. I called the HolliBalance Well-​being center and was treated with great care throughout the entire process. The Acupuncture rates may be a little high when comparison shopping, but nonetheless, you get what you pay for. I definitely would recommend the HolliBalance Well-​being Center.
