Wow! Amazing deep tissue sports massage. I like to try new therapists because every therapist has their own style, but Xavier at Hand of Life has become my «go to» guy. He has the strength to go deep and an expert knack of finding those knots and smoothing them out. I foam roll at the gym, but when I am extra sore or carrying added stress from work, Xavier can undo a week’s worth of stress and accumulated muscle tension in one hour. His workspace creates a sense of peace and calm. He is clean and professional. From his first touch, I could tell I was in experienced hands. I always leave his table feeling like a rubber band and having a renewed sense of energy.
