This review is long over due (sorry, Will!) but very well deserved. Working with Will at Freedom Trail Realty was fantastic. He helped my boyfriend and I find an apartment in the South End this summer, and exceeded any expectations we could have had. We had a rough start with our apartment search with a couple other real estate companies in Boston which had left a bad taste in our mouths about the whole process.
I called Will about a listing of his I found online, and he actually answered on my first try. From then on, he was responsive (he actually answers his phone every time I called), professional, and also great to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted, and how much we wanted to spend and showed us a bunch of great apartments that met our criteria. The last place he showed us was what we ended up going with, and from there the process went smoothly. He went above and beyond to get our application in on a Saturday evening to ensure we’d get the place, and has been a great resource for handling the move. He blew any expectations I had of a real estate agent out of the water.
I would highly recommend working with Will to anyone. He made the experience of finding an apartment (which is stressful and hard) enjoyable and easy. I will absolutely use him again for our next apartment search.
