New and clean facility. Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Overall, I’m very pleased with this facility — just wish they would offer a scheduled ride/​shuttle from the subway!

The branch manager Erica was very personable and helpful. The rates are definitely reasonable and the facility is clean! Location is great as it is close to the highway. They have a complimentary van which was a huge help!

For a storage facility in the city I felt their rates were reasonable. Onsite is clean and the store manager Erica is very attentive and helpful. The location is good and convenient to the highway. They offer a complimentary van for customers too, which is a nice perk.

My wife chose it because CLEAN is really important to her… the place is immaculate!
Erica the manager was super nice. She helped my wife figure out just how big a unit we needed.
I guess they are new so they have great deals. We actually paid less then the place on Mass. Ave. which was very dirty! It’s so secure and safe, my wife said she is totally comfortable going there without me.
