Maybe I hit them on a good day but I was pleased. It’s your standard DD but the line moved quickly, the cashier was nice, and they got my order right. I was hoofing to from the T to my conference center and I was in dire need of coffee and food. This DD didn’t let me down.

«Can I get a number 14?» A #14 is a combo turkey & bacon flatbread with homefries and an iced tea/coffee. I order a #14, but ask for a hot coffee instead of iced(don’t care, I’ll pay the extra). She puts the order in, other girl makes the coffee. Charges me $ 6.36 — which is the price of the combo plus tax. Didn’t get a receipt from the cashier. The girl manning the ovens just makes the sandwich and nothing else. I ask where’s the hash browns and she says that she didn’t get the order in, so now I go to the cashier and ask her to look at the receipt she just charged me for a full meal and to please have the hashbrowns added. Now there’s a HUGE kerfuffle because the cashier keeps trying to talk some bullshit about how I wanted the hot instead of iced when all I’m asking is where the hell are the hasbrowns you charged me and I paid for. Now she goes to get the manager, she comes over and I tell her I don’t care about the damn iced all I want is the hasbrowns that come in the combo that I paid for, The manager makes them herself and that’s it. What the hell was so hard about this? Get your receipts, and make sure you slowly tell the cashier your exact order otherwise you get into yelling matches about their fuck ups.

Like this location, right across from my office and they always get my order right! Green tea is $ 1 right now which makes it a total deal. And don’t even start with the croissant donut… evil!

15 minutes to make a egg white flat bread, and dude couldn’t tell difference between a «steak» patty and a egg white patty. Damn DD you did me wrong.

The staff was very friendly today, giving them an additional 1.5 stars – to equal 2 whole stars(my previous review was only 0.5 stars). Making progress Dunk’s, making progress!

Seriously, I go here at least 4 times a week. And at least half the time something is wrong… either the incompetent people that work the counter can’t make my coffee correct when I speak it to them clearly numerous times, or my bagel/sandwich/muffin is messed up/burnt/missing something by the time that I get back to my office, forcing me to take another 10 minutes to walk over and get whatever is wrong, right. Oh, and let’s talk about the guy that works there(or for the franchising company) pulled me aside and started to small talk with me(only because he has seen me go back, pissed that something is wrong) and then tells me that I nearly broke his door and that the next time something like that happened he would charge me for it. REALLY?! REALLY? Are you going to ring up right in the register too… right after my ice coffee/bagel combo with the added 40 cents for ice? So, you might ask me why I continue to go here when over 50% of the time they screw my stuff up… because it’s 5 minutes from my office. Because the next closest DD’s is 10 minutes away, and because I’m slightly obsessed with ice coffee.

This location is kept very clean. When it’s quiet you’ll see the employees mopping or doing general tidying. There are some workers there I see on a daily(or nearly) basis and some of them are great. They have a smile on their face and are very friendly. Customer service goes a long way in my book, especially for chain/franchise type places. It’s one of the few things that helps to distinguish them from the rest of the pack. There’s not a ton of seating, but a handful of tables that do get well used by customers. Which makes the fact that they do a good job keeping the place clean even better.

Worst. Dunkin’s.Ever. Damnit, the people that work at this Dunkin’ Donuts are SOINCOMPETENT! My usual Dunkin’s credit card machine was broken so I begrudgingly came to this one. I had previously had some negative experiences here, so I was NOT excited. First, I’d like to mention something. The Caramel Iced Coffee(with caramel swirl) is now the ONLY thing I drink when I come to Dunkin’s. We have a special relationship. I take that first sip of Caramel goodness, and I’m a happy girl. So, I order. I see him putting the nasty caramel flavor into my coffee and not the delicious caramel swirl. I’m about to say something, when this guys co-worker tells him he is doing it wrong. Yay, you get extra points. So he gives me the right coffee, after asking me 80 times if I want cream and sugar(cream, 2 sugars). I take a sip, that first magical sip, and… it doesn’t taste like anything. I rather snappily ask him(I’m not nice in the morning, it’s a fact), «Does this have caramel in it?» Him, looking confused, «Yes.» Me, «Well it doesn’t taste like it, can you put more.»(A statement, not a question) So he does, gives it back, and I try it, AGAIN. And it tastes the SAME, maybe some hints of caramel, but nothing like my usual euphoric feeling. I walk back to my office, feeling dejected, and slightly annoyed. I can already tell this is not going to be a good day.

This being one of the only places to grab a quick coffee or donut near my work, I go here a couple of times a week. In the A.M., it can be quite crowded as there aren’t many options near us. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh.
