Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t think I’ll ever go here again and it’s right next to my house and would be so convenient but the service sucks. I’ve never had to wait so long for a toasted bagel in my life.

I’ve tried this place several times and gave them a real chance but unfortunately I’ve had a poor experience every time. I usually go for a Chai tea latte and the baristas usually don’t know what that is and never know how to make it — usually more than half frothed milk… yuck.
Usually extremely busy, especially in the morning. If you’re willing to go outside you would be able to get your coffee quicker if you walked across the street to Starbucks. Chances are you will get what you want if you go to Starbucks anyways.
Trying to say something positive, my friends who drink coffee often leave satisfied. It is certainly cheaper then Starbucks. The donuts and muffins are your standard quality which is often pretty good.
I usually try to grab a drink here to gently ease into my morning but I always leave here more stressed than I walked in.

Did not have a pleasant experience at this DD. Workers were quite rude and were talking about inappropriate things a customer shouldn’t hear. I highly recommend checking the other dd out further up the street. In short of words, ghetto!

Nothing like getting your fix for that long study session ahead (or for when you’re dragging along in class too)! This Dunkin Donuts is great! Super close to the library/​school, so very convenient for students. Sometimes there is a line earlier in the morning though (as expected) because not only students, but also hospital employees are getting their morning coffees and breakfast. Despite the line, they’re very quick there. I’ve been here many times, been served by many different employees, and it’s never been a bad experience. Always very pleasant =)

One of my fave dunks. The staff are so friendly, fast and efficient! It is amazing to watch them in action; especially during the morning rush when they crank through a huge line in no time! My coffee is always made right and they remember everyone!

was ‘next’ in line and barista waited on the ‘regular’ customer behind me first. walked out. starbucks deserves my business more!

This Dunkin’ is located in Tufts Medical Center right by the Au Bön Pain and I make a coffee stop here at least several times a week on the way to class. The staff is friendly, consistent and very efficient and the coffee gets the job done time and time again. No complaints here!
