This Dunkin Donuts is very inconsistent. There are days that the service would just amaze you and then there are times that it just frustrates. And sadly to say, the times of frustration are more evident than the stellar ones lately. Product wise, coffee is the primary money maker here. And while I don’t drink it, there are enough people in line daily to indicate acceptability. My experience with their bagels tends to lean towards burnt. So much so that I no longer order them. Donuts and pastries are smaller than they have been in the past and can be bland depending on what you order. The cookies are always overdone, but the brownies are really good. There are two Dunkin locations at North Station and both are owned under the same franchise. My one glowing point is that the staff has always be friendly and know me by sight. I tend to chalk up any visit as a chance to say hello rather than anticipate my eventual purchase. Customer be warned. These two Dunkin Donuts can be like a box of Chocolates — You never know what you’re gonna get.

this dunkin is decent. the service is fast and they never mess up my order. if you know you want a coffee when you are coming into the city on the commuter rail, its better to stand up and make sure you are at the front of the exiting line, so you dont get stuck behind 20 other people also wanting caffiene before work. wish they were open later, i often want a coffee while waiting for my 1040pm train home after class and there is none to be had(even with TWO Dunkins in the garden.)

I HATE Dunkin Donuts, they are a junkie/white trash paradise but there are 2 that stand out this one and even more so the one in Canal Street, they serve all the Junkies from Bay Cove then let them loiter in front of the place for 3 – 4 hours a night while they sell pills to each other! Plus have u ever really got served in English at any Dunkin Donuts?

Whats so hard about making coffee? I usually do not like to rant but do like to rave –D&D workers here drive me insane. They look at you like you have three heads when I say milk no sugar. Why??? That is there profession– I work for the army and thats like me not knowing what a soldier is. We need to replace them w/robots who understand and make coffee correctly. Sorry –but I am still mad and cannot stop typing really fast/frantic. Back in the day I worked @ a D&D’s and I actually paid attention to what people ordered. I guess that was the«good olé’ days» If you do not like making people’s coffees go find another job which does not require you to serve beverages to people.
