Dunkin’ Donuts

This is by far the worst Dunks… or coffee shop I have ever been to! The staff are rude, make the orders wrong constantly. The are always busy socializing with one another. It is the most staffed Dunks I have even been in, yet a line of 3 people could take 30 minutes. They make you pull forward to wait for simple orders like a hash brown order, most times you have to go back in, cause the never bring it out. They refuse to give hot cup for Ice coffee’s, nor will they allow you to pay extra for a hot cup! SERIOUSLY! It is the closest Dunks to my house, so I continuously give a chance and each and every time… it is a regret! The people working the drive through barely speak English and can not be understood most times. If Dunking Donuts was smart they would not allow this locations to be a part of the chain, cause do to this location I now get my coffee from another local shop, no dunks at all! WORST EVER!!! ITS TRULY A DISGRACE TO THE CHAIN! 0 STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION, Cause this place owes stars!

I have been there at least 5 time 4 times the waiting time was 10 minutes or more. The last time I had to wait inside for 15 minutes because they did not know they had no turkey or any rolls. Terrible service — the staff just talk to each other and ignore the customers.

I live five minutes from this DD location and I will bypass it for a location fifteen minutes out of the way. I made purchases on two separate occasions to only have to exchange my coffee at a different DD because they got my order wrong. Skip this location!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the history of mankind. Theyre rude, unprofessional, and always get the orders wrong. I live two minutes away and would rather go elsewhere due to the shitty customer service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve been here many times because it is so close to my house but end up regretting it after. Last time I went I asked for a second before I ordered in the drive thru, and they told me I couldn’t have a second. So unprofessional. Once I proceeded to the window two boys were too busy staring at me laughing being super immature that they burnt my bagel. Mind you I was the only car in the drive thru, and it still took 10 minutes to get my bagel and it was burnt. The hiring at this place sucks too, I applied here in hopes to bring good customer service, because of my previous experiences here. I remember the manager called me and scheduled an interview with me for 12 on a Saturday. I came early for this interview and she showed up 3 hours later. She then told me after the interview that she would call me the next day which she never did. When I called a week later to ask about a second interview she caught an attitude and said don’t call back and she will call me. 1 year later and I still haven’t gotten a call. Now I work at a much more fast paced food place, which involves microwaving nothing, unlike Dunkin donuts.

I love Dunkins! I met my wife at one. I’m a hard core fan of DD. This location is excellent. But the service SUX. Worst employees EVER. I have yet to have a pleasant experience. Always get the order wrong. Always a LONG line. Staff is unfriendly. I live next to it and I stopped going. It’s awful. Place is going to run out of business.

This is by far the worst I have been to. The wait time is ridiculous especially since there is never anyone in there. There are about 8 – 10 employees working yet I still wait 10 plus minutes for my order. This happened on more than one occasion. The store would be EMPTY and I place my order with ease I get my coffee and then wait for my sandwhich and finally after 7 minutes the manager asks me what I ordered and I get to leave he then reprimands the employees. It is still no excuse too many people on shift for them to all be doing nothing. You know the age old question How many idiots does it take to screw in a light bulb… same thing goes for this location! I am just stating facts not trying to be a mean person!

Not all the employees but the girl on the cashier vanessa had a bad attitude and the shift manager Micheal I believe terrible. Thier attitude was poor. I will never go there again ill stick to America legion.

What a great location to out a Dunks!!! The heart of Mattapan needs its caffeine too. It has a drive thru but it is such a tight fit. Very weird because it is a new construction & could have designed it better. The staff are good & they have never gotten an order incorrect yet. It takes small steps like this to help a neighbor get back on its feet. Good job DnDs!!!
