Dr. Marco Volpe and the team at Downtown PT are wonderful! I’ve been going on and off for a couple years for neck and jaw pain. When my neck issues first developed, I was nervous about having just anyone treat my neck. I was referred to Dr. Volpe by my physician and am more than pleased with the referral. Dr. Volpe has really helped me feel better! He is extremely knowledgable and thorough, and you can tell that he really cares. The office staff is really fantastic too and always ready to help with scheduling, billing, and anything else. I would recommend (in fact, I have recommended) Downtown PT and Marco Volpe to a friend.

Upon the recommendation of many people, I chose DPT at Lewis Wharf for rehab after a total knee replacement. Yesterday was my last day, and my progress has been remarkable, thanks to Diem, who worked patiently with me for 3 months. She got me to where I am now — functioning very well — and above that — dancing with little nephew! As an aside, Diem is a joyful, spirited soul, and she is very competent. I had full trust in her, which is very important. She didn’t miss a trick. Watched that the right muscles were working, and that I wasn’t cheating! Her degree is from Simmons College. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with help at every turn from the staff. Thankfully, I was able to walk there, but most important, I thank Diem for working with me and the encouragement she offered.
