I really hit the jackpot when I first met Danielle at her open house. This girl is a ROCKSTAR and deserves way more than 5 stars. In addition to connecting me to the most amazing lender and attorney, she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of throughout the entire closing process. There aren’t many real estate agents out there that would call tow trucks for you when cars are parked in your Moving Permit spaces! I was continuously blown away by her generosity, attention to detail, proactive nature and knowledge in both real estate and law. From soup to nuts, Danielle was an absolute gem to work with and am very lucky I had her by my side every step of the way!

I have worked with Danielle on several transactions all which have exceeded my expectations. The sooner you get Danielle involved when the offer to purchase is signed the better because Danielle is great at negotiating items from the home inspection where the seller is willing to fix without being offended. When Danielle reviews the purchase and sales agreement her attention to detail is incredible finding and correcting errors that could have potentially delayed the closing. Danielle is always aware of the mortgage contingency date and if an extension is needed requests well in advance. Working well with all parties the transaction always is moving forward.
When Danielle receives the closing package she is incredible fast at obtaining the final numbers and keeping all parties informed. Danielle has been extremely flexible working with all parties to get the loan closed efficiently the day of the closing. With Danielle there are no surprises and the loan transaction will close with extreme satisfaction.
