Ordered 3 shoes and they had free shipping. Paid and asked to have them shipped… 3 weeks later still no shoes… called up 10 times with no one to help … Called the corporate office who finally connected me to the district manager … Who was able to connect me to the store manager… They never sent the shoes out … And when I got mad about it and asked them how could that happen. She started yelling at me on the phone… As a physician I’m held to a certain standard… Seems like mistakes are ok at Clarks … The way I was spoken to and the amount of time it took to even get this pseudo resolved will make me or my family buy shoes from them again… Cyrus and James Clark are probably turning over in their grave if they saw their level of customer service

Not a huge store, but nice for the size. Pretty typical shoe store. Nothing special. Staff was very helpful and nice.
