I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. About 3 months ago or so I had a show coming up and needed someone who could print onto tiles. Was recommended these guys by my regular printer. I called, got the price, which was totally fair and sent over the images via a link to a dropbox folder. I’m pretty sure they were done sooner than originally estimated and I received a phone call letting me know they were done. A++ for ease and communication. All I had to do was pick it up. Here’s where the 10 stars comes in. Due to a recent change of hours and an error with Google’s listing of the old hours, I missed what was essentially the last day to pick up my tiles before the show. I had been out of town and unfortunately couldn’t pick them up earlier. It’s now two days before the show and I’m completely panicking with the thought that I will literally have nothing to show. All I had was the full name of the shop owner and the power of public information. I may have totally white-paged the owner, and I may have definitely gotten his wife on the phone who instead of being totally creeped out(which would have been understandable) was kind enough to pass along the owner’s cell phone. I then called and spoke with the owner(frantically explaining my situation) who although he was already an hour out of town, arranged with an employee to meet me at the store the next day(during off hours) so I could pick up my tiles. Talk about customer service! So basically these guys saved my ass and on top of everything the tiles looked beautiful. When sending work to print you never really know how the image will come out due to differences in printers, screen calibrations etc. The prints were exactly as I wanted them, totally beautiful, and a hit at the show! We had an image printed here, didnt need any restoration. They sized it completely wrong then when I asked them to review the order and to show it was there mistake they were really rude about it. As if they never make mistakes and I must have brought the bad luck. Customer service is def ranked 0 stars after that experience! Also they are super expensive if your just printing we paid almost $ 25.00 for a 8×10 glossy print. Save time, aggravation, and money just go to Target or CVS.

Their retouching was great and affordable. I needed my prints quick for an audition… they said the order would be ready the next day at 5 pm, but called at 1 pm to tell me it’s ready for pickup… now that’s what I call customer service!

Well if you’re looking for this kind of lab you’re probably a professional or know what’s up, so I’ll cut to the details. I used them to do some scans of my 35 mm slide film and then do some prints. They did a good job with both, but they did goof on two things: the promised delivery time was blown by an hour and a half(I’m overlooking that because this is near the holidays) and there was a defect in the print/scan they didn’t catch. Luckily, I always take the time to look over prints before I walk out the door and caught an error in the print(Machine error not human). They immediately started work on another print though when I spotted the problem, so no complaints. Everyone one on staff seems friendly and helpful, but I’d keep and eye on your work just in case it gets by someone here. As for the equipment here they seem to be big fans of Epson Inkjets and have a few including, I believe, a 9800. They do not have any lightjets and I don’t think they intend to get one any time soon, so if you’re looking for one look elsewhere. In summary, if you need a good quality scan and a good inkjet print and don’t mind paying a high price this is your place. They of course can handle other chores, but they do not handle any film processing. This is strictly a digital lab. They seem friendly and helpful and I got the image I was looking for so it’s a solid 4 out of 5 for me. If they were more affordable and had some more options I’d give them 5 stars.
