This shop has excellent customer service. I had recently proposed to my girlfriend and was looking to size the ring. Even though they were unable to do it before we left they replaced the ring enlarger I had for free to try and make things better. Very friendly. If I lived in the area I would frequent this establishment!

After finally cleaning out my jewelry box, I realized that I had a few extra pieces of gold which included chains, pendants etc that I just did not wear anymore. I needed some extra cash before moving to NYC so I set out to find a place in the jeweler’s district in Boston that would give me a good price for my gold. A friend told me about the Bullion Desk website (gives you the up to minute price of gold!) so I ended up going to a few places and the prices were way under what I anticipated. One store on the same street actually told me to go to Boston Jewelry & Loan and I am glad I did. The staff were friendly, and offered to match any store that gave me a higher quote. I ended up with more cash than I thought to help me with my move. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to sell their gold or to buy a piece of jewelry!
