Wonderful, knowledgable and helpful staff. Also, one of the best selections of frames around. But BEWARE — I came in for 1 and walked out with 2. Then came back with my husband, son and daughter who also need eye care. They satisfied all of us. We’ve now been there 3 times and had to wait beyond our appointed time to see the dr. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I’d still bily recommend it despite the wait.

Best place to do eye exam and the whole nine! Professional all around and one of the staff is a hottie! But that is besides the point… the professionalism is the most important!

Being only my second time here, I must say I am quite impressed with Boston Eyework’s customer service. I had made an appointment with a friend and came in that same day to be seen. While we waited for our appointments we began to browse through their selection and was itching to try on a pair or two. Well a pair or two turned into two hours of back and forth trying this one and that one on. Tai who was with us the whole time actually had the patience to help me and my friend out the whole time. He suggested some popular and trendy pairs and really took the time to help us out in finding the perfect pair to splurge on. While the whole staff was very helpful, including Thanh and Kim, who were very sweet in helping us out I have to say Tai went above and beyond putting up with two hours of us trying on glasses. Although we were taken later than our appointment time, we were so distracted by the glasses selection we didn’t really mind.
I would definitely recommend making this spot your new eye care center! Besides from impeccable customer service, the place is very clean and quite welcoming.

I have a medical condition, which I had to have a six-​hour surgery to correct my condition. I rather not go into further detail about it. However, I almost lost my vision. Thankfully, I had the surgery just in time. It is very important to take good care of my vision by having yearly check ups, wearing sunglasses, and following instructions.

After working three months in my current job, I was finally able to use my insurance to cover the cost of being fitted for glasses and contacts. The doctor was great! She went to Boston University and decided to stay in Boston in order to serve people of the same culture. She was very attentive and did not push me to buy anything. I do have to say that I do feel a bit rushed every time I visit, but the quality of care is amazing. This is why I gave them 4 starts instead of 5.

Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait more than an hour and half to see the doctor. I had an appointment at 10:00am but didn’t see the doctor until past 11:30, almost 12:00pm! That’s a two hour wait for what was an appointment visit.
