I worked with Dan Platcow on some structural issues with the deck on my place. After having half a dozen different contractors tell me different things about what was wrong, Dan came in and quickly and accurately assessed what was wrong. Efficient, friendly, not afraid to crawl around on a dirty roof and seemed to really know his stuff. I was able to take what he told me and get the right work done from there.
A year or so later I had a question for him about a different issue and he was able to cover it via email. Said he didn’t need to come out and didn’t even charge me. Thumbs up for these guys for sure!
