Like Ed, I scheduled an appointment for Friday (this was scheduled on Tuesday morning, mind you) and they never called. I called several times on Friday during the «after 4pm» time-​frame, and never heard back from them. I also called twice on Saturday (today) morning, nothing.
Their voicemail says that someone is usually back with you in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. Like Boston & Cambridge Appliance Repair– they do same-​day service, and even do weekends. Their service call price was $ 79.95, and it’s good for 30 days.

I will never call these guys again. I scheduled an appointment with them for Tuesday morning on Sunday, and after staying home from work, they never called on Sunday. When I called them, they said they were very busy, and could maybe fit me in the following Monday. Completely unreliable.
