Really good food! I love their chicken dishes. Food is really great but be prepared for long lines of you go in busy hours. Must try place in downtown Boston.

The food is average. I thought it was alright. I got the original teriyaki burrito, but was still hungry after the fact. I also ordered a mini mango passion shake, and while it was good it was not worth the price. The total for the food might have been around $ 12. The first floor is definitely small with limited seating, but downstairs there are more chairs. The service was fast, but not sure what people are crazy about in terms of taste.

Come on, guys. Ever since I’ve been back from the holiday break, things have been badddd. Just threw out half a burrito because I just couldn’t eat it anymore. So cold the cheese isn’t even melted! Come on! It’s like every couple of months this location needs a kick in the behind to remember how to things are suppose to work! Come on, you can do better!

Another make your bowl or burrito place as a quick lunch option. This one gives you the visual of what small, original and big would correspond to. It also gives you a decent list of protein options to choose from. I had an original teriyaki bow with white chicken meat. Was it anything spectacular? No. Did it do the job of filling me up without feeling gross? Yes. Would I go here again? Why not.

I will NEVER come back to this location again. The manager said to use the bathroom on the bottom floor. Guess what? Its broken. Even the servers knew it was broken. When we spoke to the manager he said that they«arent in the bathroom business» and assumed we were only there for the bathroom and not the food. We were PAYING customers at this location. Food? Not that great-you’ll get better food and service at chipotle.

We came in here around 7:30/8pm after seeing a movie at Loews down the street. We tried out the new iPad system, which ended up not working, and were given some GREAT service by the manager, who clearly loves his job and takes pride in his restaurant. Five plus stars for this Boloco location. Love Boloco all around for the wider options and the ability to select different portion sizes(Chipotle DOESN’T have this option). When you’re not super hungry you can get the small bowl, which is exactly what we did. There is a cool downstairs area with more seating, and even a widescreen TV. Go here! Delicious food, and good management.

A vegetarian’s dream with lots of variety! A Thai wrap with tofu was the perfect combo with a delicious peanut sauce. This is a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner close to Hynes.

What a great idea! If you’re in the mood for Mexican, you’re in luck. If you’d like another ethnicity in your wrap or bowl, they’ve got that, too! The food was fresh, tasty, and cheap. I love that you can choose minis(for your burritos or shakes), so if you’re not in the mood to stuff your face, you can still enjoy the food. I’m a big fan!

Love the food. Hate the fact that they charge for white meat chicken.

My BerryBlitz Smoothie was very delicious! I ordered a size small, which looked small on first sight, but filled with the berries and bananas, it was huge and a lot to drink! The service was fast and satisfying.

This location is really nice because the staff are truly kind, and their attitudes are so positive when dealing with customers. I take great pleasure in visiting this location for a quick bite or a wonderful smoothie. I really enjoy the huevo chorizo, it’s probably the best breakfast burrito I have had in ages. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quick, tasty and exotic food.

A Boloco burrito is a Boloco burrito is a Boloco burrito. It’s tasty – I usually go for the Classic Mexican or the Summer(the mango salsa is delightful!). But I had to comment on this location because the customer service is fantastic. The guy behind the counter(name started with a B… can’t remember, unfortunately) was so pleasant and cheerful, and the ladies making the burritos were very friendly as well.

I was gonna eat here today but used the bathroom and it looked like a scene from Saw, Saw II, Saw III and all the rest of em. I can’t believe their restroom looks like a seedy heroin user room. See the photo I uploaded and be prepared to have your dreams haunted and your appetite for Boloco dulled.

I’ve been to a Boloco before(some years ago) and was unimpressed. This Boloco took me by surprise at just how awesome it was. You can either go to the register and order in person, or order using an iPad. The amount of options they have for burrito customization is crazy. It has all the hipster organic all natural gluten free vegetarian vegan necessary for all the college kids looking for a place to eat to come and enjoy. I had a white meat chicken burrito with guacamole and a small mango smoothie. It came to almost $ 15. The burrito was okay and the smoothie I probably wouldn’t get again just because I don’t feel the price was worth it. The seating upstairs is average, but if you go into the basement they have the coolest stone tables that are low to the ground and makes it feel kind of like an adult clubhouse. Would highly recommend checking this Boloco out for that reason alone(it’s what pushed this review from 3 to 4 stars). Definitely deserves another visit.

I love you, Boloco. For twenty one years, I had been deprived of delicious burrito goodness, only knowing the fast food sadness of Taco Bell in Hawaii. I lived in a cave made of taco shells, garnished with ground beef and cheese — unaware of what lie beyond the Bell. And then I met you. You changed my burrito world. Not only could I order carnitas and every other topping that isn’t offered at Taco Del Mar, but I could build my own burrito on an iPad that literally walked me through the process, without giving me the«Lady I have a line, could you hurry it along» look. The Jimmy Carter shake is my second love at Boloco. I don’t even know what’s in it — I don’t care — just take my money and give me a large please. Boloco, we need to end this seemingly traditional two-year separation. Please, move with me to Hawaii. I can make you a happy. We’ll be happy together. And if not, then it’s okay. I love you Boloco. And I always will.

Mini Nutella shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake! Li’l cup of heaven right there, you guys. Solid job on the wheat tortilla/brown rice/tofu availability and decent steak, but 3 stars overall because, as food generally is in Beantown, the flavors are bland bland bland.

We did lunch today at Boloco, and boy were we in for a treat! I had the regular sized teriyaki chicken bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, and carrots as well… perfectly delish and fresh with a nice sweet teriyaki flavor that I loved! My wonderful husband had the small Thai wrap, which was plenty big let me tell you, which was full of fresh veggies and peanut sauce I believe… he ate it all and was def one happy camper! I loved the drink options, and that I could get a vitamin water and my wonderful husband could get his fav coconut water was great! But my fav by far drink whise was the Nutella milkshake… ok maybe not so much a drink but dessert… SOOO good!!! The staff friendly and helpful, the place relaxed and comfortable, the food exceptionally good… we were more then pleased and can understand why this place can get a bit busy at peak meal hours :). Thanks Boloco for making our lunch out great! You guys are awesome!!!

I never really appreciated burritos until I had them here. My best friend lived in Boston for almost four years while she completed her undergrad studies at the New England Institute of Art and she ate here all the time. When we returned a couple years later for a day trip in the city, she of course took me here for lunch. I got what she ordered since I’d never been here before; she got a vegetarian burrito chock full of cukes, tomatoes, feta, some spices, and balsamic vinegar. Holy. Crap. And their Nutella shakes are to DIE for. I’m jonesing for one right now! So sad there are none close to here, but that’s okay. It’s nice to have somewhere to look forward to whenever I visit Boston. :)

Came here for the free burrito day… twice! It was small&minis= free(or you can donate to a worthy cause), originals $ 1, bowl= $ 2. A GREAT deal no matter how you look at it. Got the tikki massala bowl first time around and it was pretty yummy! The bowl was only filled about 1⁄3 of the way up, but for $ 2, I’m not going to complain. I special requested to have veggies mixed(for no additional cost) in so it wasn’t just broccoli and meat. Got beats, corn, celery, lettuce and it was SOGOOD! Definitely dont’ forget about adding those extras to up in flavor and health factor! The bowl was enough for me to break it into 1.5 meals. As in I was full for lunch and still semi-hungry for dinner. Got The SUmmer burrito later on in original size and it was the perfect amount of food for a meal! The mango salsa was EXCELLENT, I prefered this ove rthe tiki massala flavor. It was refreshing, just the right amount of tang and sweet. Again, I had to ask for extra veggies than those described on the board and the person seemed slightly annoyed, but they did it anyway. I don’t hold it against them because it was a busy day, but man… a girl’s just trying to meet her veggie intake for the day! Anyway, everyone outside hollaring about the burritos and crowd control were actually super friendly and nice(usually these people are one of the most stressed out and miserable looking) and even when there was a line, it was really fast and efficient! I commend them on their flow and crowd control, bravo! GEMMEFREEBURRITOSAGAINSOON, thanks!
