I am a longstanding tenant at a Back Bay studio apartment managed by Blackstone Williams Properties. I can only say from my experience that they handle all matters with the utmost professionalism. They are prompt in responding to any tenant requests or issues that one may have with a property. They have a proactive approach to property management with the intent to anticipate and prevent any problems (i.e. problems tenants might encounter due to inclement weather, long leave of absences from the property, etc). In addition, they regularly renovate their properties but do so at the absolute convenience of the tenant. I highly recommend bringing your business to Blackstone Williams Properties.
