BFS Business Printing

I was expecting a lot more from BFS! First and last time I use their printing services. I called to ask if my images were ready and after talking to three different people I got told half of them were done, I was not upset! because I could always submit the files again. In the middle of the conversation with one the employees, John got into the conversation just to be rude by questioning why I was taking so much time on the phone. After telling him I was not screaming, rude or upset to any of them made him more angry and as a result he hung up by saying they have a lot more work to deal with.

I have used BFS for 2 ½ years now for both academic and professional purposes. Their service, printing, and pricing is unparalleled in the Boston area. Whether it is standard size plots, presentation booklets or oversized spreads, they have always been completed with the utmost quality and always on time. The front desk service always keeps me updated with job progress and are extremely friendly, working closely to ensure that my requirements are met.
When file issues or mistakes do inevitably happen, they are quick to inform me. They work with me and take time out of their busy schedule to make sure I have exactly what I want. Ultimately, I have left BFS happy and with the plots I need 100% of the time. I highly recommend BFS to anyone who needs printing done. Don’t pay for subpar service at premium prices at Staples and Fed Ex Express. BFS does the job right at reasonable prices.
Tip: Take the T to South Station. Parking is sparse and BTD officers are relentless.
