I felt rushed and the girls were not knowledgeable about their products, and I was often ignored if their«friends» were in the store looking or pretending to buy hair supplies. I tried this place 3 time and I am done. It is not worth the girls ignoring you. I walked in and said«I have never bought the type of hair before.» The girl just pointed me down the aisle and said«its over there». No help. Nothing. But when the next person walked in, someone she obviously knew, they went over to the wig counter and started laughing and joking about their weekend plans. Shame.

DONOTGO to this place, these people are so rude, they don’t traine their staff, theres always new ones every time you go. I’ve never used a wig before, I thought that maybe instead of bleaching my relaxed hair blonde which would just do damage I can get a natural looking blond wig, the girl that helped me was sweet but inexperienced, she convinced me about a wig I tried on but it wasn’t a lace wig, she assured me that the new one in the box was different with a laced front to give it a natural look, she opened the box & showed me the hair but did not show me the front part, I figured maybe the store owners didnt let her take out the wig for some reason, my mistake was not insisting that I see the whole wig before purchasing but I trusted her. When I got home that Saturday I noticed the wig was not laced at all, so I called the next day on Sunday but there was no answer, I look at the receit & on the bottom its written that there are no returns or replacements, but I thought since it was not my mistake they would be honorable & solve the issue. I go on Monday morning, I speak to a korean lady at the register who could not speak english so she called the lady who rung me up on Saturday, this lady started interrigating me as if I was a suspect then starts interrigating the staff who helped me previously infront of other customers, I felt so embarrassed. This lady who I could barely understand was so rude to the staff and to me, she was blaming me & the staff for the error, I told her how unprofessional she was & that they should have the staff point out return policies to customers before they make purchases, and if a mistake is made by the staff the store should be resposible, she points a finger to a piece of ripped cardboard hung in a corner barely noticeable where it partially explains their return policy, after arguing with this lady for a refund she with much hesitation decided to REPLACENOTREFUND the wig reapeating over and over that she would only do that on this occasion because they do do returns or do replacements. I ended up paying 5 dollars extra for a front lace wig that I didn’t even like and it wasn’t even human hair. The whole experience was so humiliating that I vowed not to ever set foot in that guetto, ratchet place again.

The whole time I was being service the lady did not remove the phone from her hand. This was not a store phone which is sometimes acceptable. This was her personal cell phone. She was holding a whole damn conversation. How rude!!!

My new DO spot(get it) ;) Place is HUGE! It’s like every weave has its own section. I was greeted the moment I walked in, very nice employees. Very affordable, cheapest beauty supply store I’ve ever been to. I left very satisfied and my mom left with a new friend(aggy)

My friend just took me here today and I was literally in wig heaven… within half an hour of being in here I bought 2 wigs(both same style but just different colors) and could not stop staring and the hundreds of choices… I will say that the sales people were all really nice to me. The girl that was helping me in the back with the wigs was super friendly and nice. I have actually been going through breast cancer and have been wearing wigs for a few months and have mostly been ordering them online so it was nice to be able to see and try them on in person. I even felt comfortable enough to take off my wig and try on the fun red/brown one i eventually bought. The salesgirl was sweet and kept asking me questions about the cancer and seemed genuinely interested… there are also hundreds of hair care products for both real and synthetic hair and they also sell extentions in all different colors and pieces of hair you can add in on your own to take to a salon. They also have fun jewelry and makeup, eyelashes and random fun girly stuff that was super inexpensive. I also asked another woman about where the wig sprays were and she was very nice and pointed me in the right direction. The only weird thing is that if you wanted to buy your wig they have to bring it upfront for you — I’m guessing so that people don’t steal anything which is understandable given the location LOL — so it makes it harder for you to hold on to items to compare and contrast… I thought it was interesting that most of the employees were African American and the people ringing were all Asians… I wasn’t sure if they were the owners but they really irked me towards the end of my rainbow and lollipops transaction. When the asian woman was ringing me up I asked if there was a medical discount(I notice there was something for licensed cosmetologists) since a lot of salons and wig stores offer them(usually about 10%- not much but nice to have it) — the woman kind of stared at me and didn’t understand so I actually had to say fthe word«cancer» and she gave me attitude and kind of laughed and was like«No, we don’t do that» …it was fine that they didn’t– but I really didn’t appreciate the crappy and snide attitude. ALSO you are asian and I’m asian… you couldn’t hook a sistah up? WTH? Anyhow, besides that, the wigs are really reasonably priced. I got each of my wigs for $ 29.99 and they are great quality and I also got an organic lime coconut detangler spray for about $ 4.99. Much cheaper than online shopping, def more choices, and no shipping charges so that was nice… I just wished the cashiers were a bit more friendlier and not such asses. A girl needs her weaves!!!
