All Ann taylor is the same. Why 5 stars? The associates that works here are so… genuinely nice. Never hv a bad experience. If they didn’t have your size, they will look it up for you on their tablet. If you hv an Ann taylor card, you get free shipping!

The case of the missing shoe! I want to compliment this store on their outstanding customer service. We bought a pair of dressy sandals on the day after Christmas and just looked in the box today jan 9 to pack for college return and there was only one shoe! So I called the store and they recalled a lone shoe on the shelf that can’t be sold without its match! They are shipping the shoe to my daughters college in Indiana!
We are thankful for their service and kindness.

I’ve been here a couple times when I get my haircut at 10 Newbury Salon (love them!). I’ve never had issues with customer service, in fact, it’s been the opposite. The sales people are incredibly friendly and SO helpful! They greeted me right when I entered, helped me start a dressing room, suggested items for me, kept checking on me and getting me different sizes while being super friendly and accommodating.
They also started doing a consultation service which I would recommend these girls in a heartbeat. Although, I didn’t use that service, that’s basically what they did for me and I left with good deals and great mix and match items!
The store is clean, orderly and the dressing rooms on the first floor are good size. Parking is iffy. but. they’re building a new garage nearby.

This is my favorite Ann Taylor store in the area. It’s a concept store meaning that this store gets the latest and greatest! It’s 3 stories, and the service is excellent!

Everytime I get my brows waxed at Elizabeth Grady, I have to come here. It’s right across the street and they always have a sale sign.
Everytime I come in, I’m met with zero customer service and they let me find what I need. The sales people are snobby and they think my red eyebrowns are a condition they don’t want to go near. Very rarely do I find a deal, but when I do, I’m delighted. It’s not terrible, it’s just never a good experience,

I try not to review chains. They are what they are, you pretty much know what you are getting when you walk in. The Gap, Banana, JCrew, and Ann Taylor. Unless something really good happens. Or really infuriating.
I stopped by during lunch today to return some clothes I had bought last week (they all went back, Tarah) and the lady there acted like I had stolen them and was trying to make some cash for my heroin addiction. She inspected each piece of clothing for whatever brown person disease I may have. She then asked me like four times if I had worn them. I managed to keep my cool — but just barely…
If I walked in covered in dirt and had singles sticking out of my bra, fine. But i was WEARING THEIR CLOTHES! Nice clean, ironed clothes. Gah. if you do go to this branch, watch out for the attitude.
