good layout and a lot of space in the store, but I didn’t see staff to my knowledge(didn’t say anything to me)

I attempted to make a purchase at your Copley Mall(boston, ma) location last night at 5:45 pm. I had to pick up some items that I needed for today. I arrive in the store and it is busy, but not packed. There are two staff members in the front 2 in the back and 2 in the middle. But only one at the register. I grab my 3 items, try them on and then try to check out. At check out I am number six in line. Funny thing is that they only have one cashier. After waiting 10 min and the cashier hadn’t finished on transaction I decided to try and get some help. One woman was behind the counter, just leasurly folding clothing. I ask her if she could ring us in or call for someone to do so. She informed me that they were brutally understaffed and I would have to wait. With the lack of customer service and the probably 20+ min wait to check out, I decided to take my business elsewhere. They have 6 people working and only 1 person doing anything. They need to get their act together in this economy.
