King cake is delicious and they have a variety of kinds. Great selection of spices and various gifts. We stop here for any presents for family/​friends when traveling out of town and this place is a staple to bring out of town guests for their gifts. Staff is always friendly and offers help.

Before we headed out to the Mardi Gras 2012 celebration in downtown Shreveport, we headed over to Tubbs for the yummy King Cake. Weird, huh… well, not really… as well as Tubbs being THE Mardi Gras place to shop, it’s Filled To The Brim with the coolest cookers /​grills, any type of hardware, plates & platters, Cajun Foods/​Spices, & of course, a plethora of Mardi Gras Supplies… beads & bobbles, funky hats, flashing blinki cups, Christmas ornaments, anything Saints & LSU you can think of ! It’s a Must-​Stop FUN place to Shop in Shreveport…& especially before ya head out to the Mardi Gras Parade!
