WOW! …they have one Barista here who certainly earned her customer relations ghetto style. No courtesy whatsoever and loves to bark commands at the customers rather than«ask». One of the worst Starbucks location.

Staff is always in a joyful mood and my order(inside) usually takes 3 – 5 min vs 25 min line outside.

This was a great location. I went in around 9 and was a little intimidated by how large the parking lot was… and it was full! I thought… oh great a massive line! But I walked in, was served almost immediately and was out the door in about 5 minutes. The barista was very nice and my brewed dark roast was piping hot just as it should be.

0600hrs. Nothing but stars here. I walked right in, and within 30 seconds had my coffee. There were also cars at the drive thru, by the time it took me to cross the street two had been served. I guess if you come later when everyone is rushing to work it could get slow. Moral of the story, wake up and smell the coffee early people

They always make good drinks and are more than willing to re-do them if you’re not happy!

This morning, it took 13 minutes to get my drink. One drink. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. Guess what? The drive-thru line made it through in half the time. I watched. Here’s the problem. This isn’t a one-off situation. This happens EVERYSINGLETIME at both locations in Bossier City. The other one is REALLY bad, but this one seems like it’s trying to catch up. So, there are two cashiers taking orders, which tries to make it seem like they’re doing you a favor. In reality, they’re not. There are 20 people standing around waiting for their coffee, and not one single«help wanted» sign in the store. CLEARLY they need help. CLEARLY they need baristas. You know what really sucks? There’s no competition in the area, so there’s no real reason for them to get any better. We are slaves to the slowness of your Bossier City locations and it’s maddening. Never once have I seen a manager in that store trying to help things along. Never once have I heard, «sorry for your wait.» THIRTEENMINUTESISTOOLONG. Figure out how to get better, Bossier City, Starbucks. We spend WAY too much money for you to treat us this poorly.

I agree with the previous comments. This place is incredibly slow. I walked straight to the register and ordered immediately, and got my drink 10 mins later.

I visited from Waco, Texas this Starbucks on a Sunday afternoon. They were packed! Long drive thru line, full café’, long café’ line, yet my husband and I waited only 2 minutes at most for our order! Very speedy service for the amount of customers. Staff were focused on the job. GOODJOBYOUGUYS!

This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I spent 2 weeks in Bossier City in December and gave the drive through as well as the inside many chances to prove they operated as a Starbucks normally does. Time after time I waited, and waited, and waited. On two different occasions there was a drink left off of my order. Now I have resorted to going to the McDonalds across the street for coffee. I guess I have traded taste and quality for my sanity.

Go through the drive thru if you stop here… Stopped inside to use the facilities. Should have ordered first. 12(literally) drive thru serviced and all I ordered was a white chocolate frap.

We go to this Starbucks whenever we need a good cup of coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly and when I left my purse behind tonight they promptly secured it until I came back to look for it. Thankful for friendly honest people.

The past few times I’ve went my coffee has been so watery and weak even though I get and extra shot. I don’t really expect this Starbucks to be up to the standards of what I’m used to. It’s in the south and in Louisiana. I like my coffee strong because I expect it to get me through my busy day. But this Starbucks is so slow they probably don’t understand that concept.

YES! This Starbucks could be slow… But guess what? It’s Louisiana! Everyone’s slow! Service and consistency was pretty good at this location, and I can honestly recommend it. Highs: Consistency, Location Lows: Slow service, Traffic in/out of location

This is by far the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. I mean, the SLOWWWWWEST ever(Notice the extra W’s?). Well, it IS in the South… I drink Starbucks like it’s going out of business. I do love trying independent coffee shops, but when traveling, I can count on Starbucks to deliver the same product wherever the road takes me. This location is conveniently right off of 20, on Airline, with a drive-thru. Keep in mind, if the drive-thru is seven to ten cars deep, as it usually is, you’re better off going inside. On multiple occasions when we opted to go inside to place our order, we still waited anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes for our lattes, but beat the cars we would of been waiting behind. So only choose the drive-thru if there is under three cars. This Starbucks is convenient and clean, but make sure you’re not in a time crunch, or you’ll be disappointed.

Slowest place that I have ever been to. Staff spends more time talking to one another than helping and serving drinks. Drive thru moves even slower. If you pull up to find three or four cars in front of you, plan on spending 20 minutes in line. No parking lot lights so at night the parking lot is as dark as can be.

Nice to have a Starbucks in a fairly remote place… we stop by here on our road trips from Dallas to the east coast. There aren’t many Starbucks in Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama, so take advantage of moments when you see one…

Honestly, I can say this is the most honest Starbucks I have ever visited. After a family member forgot her purse there, they were kind enough to hold it until we remember to call and ask if it was there. The coffee had to kick in you know… The service was great, and not too many visitors inside, as it is known for its drive-thru. A parade of late model SUV’s in all colors. I give them a 5 star ranking, because in February they rocked! Made my tricky picky drink to a tee, too.
