We’ve been here a few times before but yesterday we went for a couples Swedish massage and could not believe that in the 6 months since we’d been there it had gotten even better! From the moment we walked in the staff was wonderful greeting us and getting us to our room right away. Not only is the spa so peaceful and relaxing but the massage was beyond words. When it was over we didn’t want to leave, we contemplated paying for a longer massage! I would consider this a 5 star spa and if it was super expensive I would still go because it is definitely worth the money but the best part is we only paid $ 170 including tip for two 50 minute massages. This is hands down the best spa in the Shreveport/​Bossier area and we will be returning many more times!

You won’t find a better salon/​spa in Shreveport-​Bossier! Destiny has a relaxing atmosphere and a wonderfully caring staff. They have so much to offer. Hair care, facials, massages, nail care, spray tanning, eye lash dye, and so much more. The owner, Kristi Tift, is one of the best business people in the area. Her attention to detail is magnificent and she is a true philanthropists in our community.

Paid for a 80 minute massage but only got a 60minute. I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t get. I spoke to the receptionist and she informed me management was out. So I had to pay. After several phone calls trying to get in touch with management she had someone call else call me back weeks later. I didn’t get a refund, however they offered me a 20 minute massage. I wasn’t going to except. I would have used it and paid extra to upgrade. Why give my money to a company that doesn’t care for their customers. The massage was great but the therapist was on her own time. she left the room and after 10 minutes I actually got up and was about to look for her. I thought she forgot about me! I laid back down and figured I would give her a couple of more minutes. She finally came in after 13 minutes of me waiting and of course ended the massage early so I could make it to my facial.
I believe Jonathan gave me the facial. Very sweet guy! No complaints.
Mani and pedi was okay. The paint lasted three days.
Hair cut was awesome!
I would love to go back but I think my money should go to a business that actually cares about their clients.

The massage and facial were both really excellent. I liked the ambience of the whole place. My pedicure felt rushed as they were booked both before and after me, but I had never had parrafin wax used and that was a great experience. I would return for another facial!
