First time here. We ordered subs to go. We called ahead and the kid said 20 minutes. It ended up being more like 35 minutes for an Italian sub and a cold veggie sub. To their credit they were VERY busy. Worth the wait. Really good and very fresh. We will be back.

We’ve been staying in the Canterbury area for the last month now, and eaten at Kapelli’s a couple of times. It was recommended by the person we’ve been renting from. They were right about the food. It’s good. Nothing fancy, just good food. The pizza is Greek style so you have to expect it to be a little different than New York style pizza. But that is fine with me because i like to have a slightly thicker crust. The Works pizza has not disappointed us. We were bummed that the owner was on vacation for 2 of the 4 weeks we were in town, but still made it for dinner a couple of times during our visit.

I love this place! Its my town pizza ship. I always ask for extra sauce because it can be a tad dry but it Def makes it worth it. Crust is home made and crunchy yummy.

Went in for dinner a few nights ago, the food was ok. Their steak bomb sub needed more cheese, the fried clams were NOT fresh clams but were ok, & the pizza crust is more like a bread than a crust. The food is not bad & they have decent portions but considering what we paid we were not impressed. The staff is great, but the food is mediocre.

Good local place. Pizza is decent, but salads are huge and very good. I also enjoy their subs/wraps. I work right up the street and some of my coworkers and I will wander over for lunch at least once a week. Friendly people, too.

«Yummy! Yummy! That’s a pizza pie!» «Yummy! Yummy! You toss me in the sky.» That’s coming from the Singing Pizza Elmo sitting on the counter next to the kitchen here at Kapelli’s. This kids toy can be pretty amusing or annoying to some folks. Okay, onto the review. I decided to head over to Kapelli’s Pizzeria in Boscawen after work. It’s located across the street from Cumberland Farms. A couple of my coworkers recommended this place and like the pizza here which has a crunchy crust and also the steak and cheese subs. I arrived here around 4:30PM on a typical weeknight and the place was pretty quiet. They have a takeout counter and a casual full service dining room. There’s also a seasonal ice cream takeout window. I decided I was going to eat in since I also had a 10 percent off coupon($ 20 or more for dine-in) from a phone book. The casual dining room is fully carpeted with booths and tables, stained glass hanging lights, indoor plants and 2 TVs. The menu offerings here include pizza, calzones, salads, soups, pasta dinners, seafood, subs, appetizers, and Coke products. The prices here are fair. I ordered a small Calzone with Ricotta Cheese($ 8.18) and a Pasta Sampler Dinner($ 11.99) served with salad and garlic bread. The salad had fresh iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumber, and croutons. The dressing(Bleu cheese) was very creamy and had big chunks of gorgonzola cheese. The basket of baked garlic bread was really good, which was crusty outside and soft and buttery inside. The calzone and pasta dinner came out at the same time. The calzone was pretty good with a very crispy outside crust, filled with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and sauce. A small side of tomato sauce for dipping was included. The Pasta Sampler served on a hot plate was not what I expected. The dish was mostly mozzarella cheese and lots of sauce, not much pasta, one stuffed shell, a thin slice of meat lasagna, and 2 breaded chicken tenders. The taste was slightly on the salty side, but overall pretty decent and very filling. I got most of the calzone boxed up and I passed on dessert(lemon cake, chocolate cake, and ice cream). The dining room was gradually getting busier as I finished up dinner around 5PM. The waitress I had was nice and attentive. I got my food in a timely manner and given refills on the ice water with lemon. Before I left, I had to visit Singing Pizza Elmo and give him a «High-Five» for good measure. «Yummy! Yummy! That’s a pizza pie!» «Yummy! Yummy! You toss me in the sky.» I do have to put up with«Chicken Dance Elmo» at work. My older coworkers are young kids at heart. «Faster everybody faster!»
