I purchase a spa here late last fall. It’s been a perfect experience all winter, spring and summer until yesterday when it started tripping the breaker. I was immediately concerned about it being out of warranty or close to. I went into the showroom to report the issue today. They dispatched the repair crew within 2 hours and found a problem with a pump. They drove back to the warehouse, had the part in stock, returned immediately and made the repair. By 5:00 the spa was refilled and running perfectly, all covered under warranty 100%. These guys get it!
