For the money a nice spot. Spent the xtra $ for an Efficiency, was well worth it. Nice room with a large private patio overlooking the harbor. Very nice people working here top to bottom. Lots of places to stay on the harbor, but don’t be afraid of this one!

We were in a pinch. Booked a B&B via a travel site. 2 queens. Called to confirm, not only did they not offer 2 beds in one room, no kids under 12?
Captain Fishes came to our rescue. Older, but very clean and on the bay. The quiet side of the bay! Discounts for guests on boat tours. Nice views, free breakfast. Coffee and tea served all day. A little dock side restaurant sits at the end of the parking lot. Nice deck overlooking the bay. Try and get a room with a view of the water or you may be bummed looking at the side of the neighbors house.

Wayland, MA
Stayed there last week with a friend. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was just cereal, juice, mini-​donut and coffee, as advertised. Location is excellent, just a few yards from the footbridge to the commericial center. So we were close, but not in, the touristy area. The motel gives a $ 10 discount to guests on their cruises, so we went on a harbor cruise. Although there were only 4 passengers that day, the 3 person crew took us out anyhow. A nice touch is the chairs on the balconies to allow a lovely view of the sunset over the harbor. Price is very reasonable too.
