I can’t believe I am even writing a review from the result of an end-of-the-night alcohol induced McDonalds trip, but here I go. We stopped here on the way home from a long day of drinking for a late-night fast food indulgence. After placing an order in the drive-thru, we waited literally 25 minutes in line to receive our food. There were two cars ahead of us at midnight, and I could not believe how long it took. When we finally pulled up to the window, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait. If there wasn’t a barrier in the drive thru line, we would have driven away sans food, which we all know how hard that would have been to do with visions of chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers dancing in my head. Never again.

Unilocal needs to add a no star or negative star option for locations like this. This is by far one of the worst run locations that I have ever gone to. Stopped in about 2 weeks ago at 9:00pm to get a snack for my daughter and 2 of her friends. I pulled in the drive thru and right up to the ordering mic. Sat there for about 2 – 3 minutes with dead silence. No one even acknowledged that I was there. Finally I simply said«Hello» only to get, ‘Yeah, can you please wait.”, as though I was annoying them. Waited 2 more minutes with no response and finally said ‘Screw this’ and drove off. This was the 3rd time I had this happen at this location in the last year and I only go about once every 2 months. Never again. This location needs to get a clue on customer service. I hate to tell these idiots, it’s McDonald’s, I’m not coming here because the food is any good, I’m coming here because it’s supposed to be fast. If you can’t pull off fast, just shut your doors. You should take lessons from the location in Parsippany where customers actually matter.

One person at the register, two in the back, and no manager on duty. It took them 20 minutes to give me my 2 egg McMuffins. Someone at corporate needs to do something. For goodness sake, look at the Unilocal reviews! I’m NOT loving it!

As per usual, the drive through took over 20 minutes and I was the second one in line. I got my large drink which was dripping soda from a young staff member with an attitude. My «large» fries was halfway full, and to top it off, there were no napkins or straw in the bag. This place is literally the WORST McDonald’s around. I actually made a Unilocal account just to make sure I could document my displeasure with the staff and service. Stay away if you have anything else to do that day.

Three major problems: 1). Fulfilling orders is the slowest I’ve seen at any McDonald’s. 2). Seems to be a hotbed for freaks, weirdos and other oddballs. 3). The A/C seems to be set at 80° F.

Worst service ever, you have to wait in line for a long time even though there are like 10 people working and everyone seems to be so busy. The drive thru takes even longer even if you are the only one in line. Horrible!!!

The worst mcdonalds I have ever eaten at. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a frozen lemonade, a fish filet and a 10 pc chicken nugget with ketchup. I came to pick up the food, and the frozen lemonade had strawberry swirls in it when I clearly asked for a plain frozen lemonade. I also was not given ketchup despite asking for it several times. Really bad restaurant with awful service.

The food is good. Sometimes. It’s either really good or really bad. I’ve noticed that whenever I get food after midnight(dinner time for me) the food is absolutely horrid. The food is always cold. It’s during the day that it’s somewhat decent. I usually just go to the one on 46 in Pine Brook. Their food is always fresh and tasty.

Food poisoning waiting to happen. I got a cheese burger and it was lukewarm and the fries were not much warmer and they were chewy. The drive through staff was really nice.

Made an assumption that I could stop in for a frappé on my way to work in the morning, and boy was I wrong. I pulled up to the drive-thru where they now have two lanes in which you can place an order before pulling around to the pick-up window, and noticed that the two cars that were already waiting in each lane seemed frustrated. Once they left the lane, I pulled up to the speaker and heard a male’s voice asking if i wanted to supersize my extra value meal. When I responded«no» a female voice asked me to hold on a minute. I waited and asked to place my order after a few minutes and was asked to hold again. At this point, the line was growing behind me, and I was running late. A car pulled up to the second speaker and they took their order right away! Really!!! After saying«hello? hello?» and hearing nothing, I left completely empty handed. Such a waste of time and a complete reputation buster for the whole McDonald’s brand.

Either this place never gets busy or there’s something wrong with the staff here. I was part of a group of twenty on a bus trip, looking for a quick bite for dinner and the entire staff freaked out. Long waits for everyone to get their food. Most of the orders had errors made which for some included getting extra food. In my case it was getting the pickles I had asked to be left off my quarter pound bacon cheeseburger. I usually don’t eat at Mickey D’s, I leave that to my five year old, but I have to admit, the burger was actually pretty good. The dining room here is not huge, but it was pretty clean, especiall for the prime time dinner rush. Staff needs to grow up, or get out. Chances are I’ll never find out if this place gets any better.
