The Cookies are delicious but the service is sub par. I waited for a long period of time just to purchase a gift card in the store. They need more employees to work the register and answer phones. Also store seems disorganized, the front part is cluttered.

When we got there the guy tried to charge us over $ 13. The receipt said $ 11. We told him and he then said we owed him $ 12. After a bit he agreed it was $ 11. Need to work on the training of the staff

Cookies are great! Very tasty, cheesecake is my fav so far.
If you wanna wait for a fresh cookie it’s like 20 minutes so my advice is to call before coming!

Lost my business due to incompetence and poor customer service. Online order was lost. When I called several days later to check on the order, no one could be of help. Employees undertrained (not their fault). David Holloman’s (owner) lack of management & people skills will be its demise.
A resolution came after 3 calls to the owner & another 2 to the store. Sad to have this occur but that’s how the cookie crumbles…

Love this lil cookie company! They deliver or you can call in your order and when you pick them up they’ll be fresh, right out of the oven and delicious! Lots of flavors but my favorite is the chocolate chip which is so tasty and filled with chocolate. Late night hours so you can satisfy your sweet tooth whenever the craving hits. Friendly and efficient too, keep up the great work!

App Cookie Company won my heart over at first bite. The cookies are huge and freshly made to order. The price can add up quickly but they run specials sometimes so it’s still affordable. This place really puts its own spin on cookies they are so delicious! Highly recommend the cheesecake cookie.
