I guess you cant leave a review on a review site. You might get a nasty message from the people that work there. I used to go there all the time growing up, and loved it very much. But yes i was miss treated. No one was busy when I went in there. I went in for a childs cut. I’m sure they could make time for that. They looked at me all sassy and rude and said“Nope don’t have time for you.” The people at the front where very rude. I can leave a review of what happed to me and what I think of a place. I wont be giving my money to a place that treats people with disrespect. Not saying everyone that works there is a bad person… just the survice I got at the front desk… was lacking. I get that places get busy and I get that everyone may not be just «standing around» but when your rude. you are in the wrong line of work. I have worked in customer service many years .and I know you don’t treat people this way. This website is to leave reviews… so they can see and start to make improvements with staff.

The stylists were very nice. I was able to get a haircut as a walk in.
The man at the desk was very personable, but beware, they are there to make money.
When they ask if they can flat iron your hair, because «their next client has not arrived yet»
It’s because they charge an additional $ 8.00 for this service.
Maybe they’re saving for a much needed remodel.

I’ve been going here since I moved here in 2012. I had my hair cut & it was a haircut from h*‘ll. So I came back 3 weeks later and Heather started cutting my hair. Heather’s been cutting my hair ever since, for about 3 years now. Never misses a beat, then one day she was on vacation and I tried Samantha and there was no difference in quality. No’s 1 & 1A in my book. And I pay half of what I paid for a cut down in SoCal. Heather & Samantha Rock!

My wife and I both had our hair done here by Christina. She was absolutely amazing! Her hand are magic when it comes to hair! We have definitely found our permanent stylist! The only reason I didn’t give a fifth star is because of lacking the «upper class» feel. Even with quality products and great service, it had a super cuts feel to the establishment.

I had a fantastic experience with Aurora. Knowledgeable and artistic.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Samantha. I went in for a drastic change (chopped all my hair off). She was a great stylist and gave me exactly what I had hoped for. I was a little nervous about such a big change but she made me feel like this was the right choice and did an AMAZING job. I was also very happy with the price for a cut, color, and eye brow wax. It was great!

Worst salon in the world! They don’t care about the customer they just care about there money! My hair was left extremely oily and orange instead of red highlights. I called the day after and for about two weeks after that to speak to a manager and was given the run around when I did get a hold of her she told me she would call corprate to get the ok to give me a refund then she called back the next day and said corporate said no I then called corporate and was told they never said no and would call her and get back to me they called the next day and told me they couldn’t offer a refund… This place says they guarantee there work but obviously they don’t… Save yourself and your hair and go to another salon!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have never been to such a horrible hair salon in my life. Last weekend was prom and my best friend made an appointment to get her hair styled there. When she showed them the picture of the updo she wanted, her stylist said she could definitely make it work. 3 hours and $ 75 later, my friend was sent out with the worst hairstyle I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe they let her walk out like that and charged her for it. It was that bad, there was no sugar coating it, it was god awful and not even close to the picture. When she walked in the door crying at home, her dad told her to take it out and do something else. That bad.
Not only did they waste her money, but her time as well. She spent all day at the salon to get a sloppy hairdo, that she ended up with less than an hour to completely redo her hair, do her makeup and leave. We ended up being a half hour late to our group do to this. If the stylist was unable to do the updo, she should have told my friend after her first attempt instead of wasting 3 hours of her day.
Also, all the while the stylist was doing this hairdo, a handful of other employees were standing around telling her how great it looked (to make her feel better probably) when it obviously looked horrendous.

If you love your hair, you need to treat it to a haircut and/​or color at this Third Dimension salon! Emily has been cutting my hair since the beginning of the summer, and I can honestly say that I have never had a better haircut! Her hair is fine like mine so she knows how to cut it the way I want and the way it needs to be cut. I recently decided to have her color my hair, and you wouldn’t believe all the compliments I’ve been getting! I had her color my hair dark brown with some red highlights… it looks fabulous! And to top it all off, the prices are incredibly reasonable and affordable! I also buy my hair products at this salon. I have a card that tracks all the hair products I buy, and when I reach $ 100 spent, I get 20% off my next purchase! What a deal! I love this salon, and I highly recommend it!
