Room smelled awful. Tv did not work
The curtain would not stay closed over the entire window
There was actually blood stains on the bed cover
I spoke to the manager on duty and she did transfer us to another room which was much better
The pool was not very clean (particles of? Floating in the water). Wasn’t any better in the morning. … Whoever cleaned the pool gets a fail…
The manager was responsive… It’s just that the hotel is not being maintained properly
