I went in to get a haircut, which by the way it was way over due, for the first time at this salon and of course I was super nervous, but Soraya was nothing short of amazing. My hair looks fabulous and feels healthy. Friendly staff. Clean, nice interior, relaxing and inviting. Will definitely be going back! GRACIAS SORAYA.

A tip to share — The salon is spacious and Soraya is kind but if you get your hair colored dark, don’t make any plans such as going out to eat afterwards because the dark color will be bordering your face and dripping into your ears. My last time at this salon.

This hidden gem in Bonita is so wonderful. Soraya cut my hair and I couldn’t have been more happy. The salon was very clean and very nice. She had many options to help with your needs. She was very nice and professional. The location is in a big Plaza with lots of parking. Try an make an appt and see her soon!

I came here to get a Brazilian blow out and I must say I’m very impressed with how my hair looks and feels. Michelle was great! I would definitely would recommend this place and will come back in the future :)

The new owner is amazing! Lovely lady. Coffee and mimosas while you wait… Great ambiance! Extremely clean. Michelle did my hair and I loved it. I had been looking for a good spot for a while. And I have found the right place and best part super affordable.

I love the new management team ! for 1 there is A/​C 2^nd great attitude and professional customer service. Ericka is an artist she’s done my makeup several times, may I say the best makeup artist ever !!! I love it each time. She’s also done a great job doing my hair .
To top it all up, I highly recommend this salon everybody makes your day ! If you came here in the past (like me) give them a second chance they have new management /​owners and you can feel the difference as soon as you walk in .

I’ve been getting my hair done through discounted prices by groupon and just trying out what’s out there in San Diego. I came across Erika and ever since she’s been my one and only hair stylist.
I try getting my hair done once a couple of months and I’m always so happy with my results with my hair! I’ve been getting ombrés, along with deep treatments, shampoo, haircut, and style for such a great price! I’ve been getting my hair bleached and lighter every time so obviously it’s not the healthiest, however my stylist Erika always works her magic! She gave me a free sample treatment for my hair since it is blonder now and recommended me a few products to maintain my hair. I highly recommend her.

Everyone there is so friendly and professional and they always try to give you exactly what you want but also what’s best for your hair to keep it healthy.
The salon is cute and has a good location in Bonita. They have their own parking lot that’s shared so no need to street park since they have plenty of parking.

I highly recommend this salon. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Erica did my cousin’s hair and make up for her quinceañera and she did such an amazing job! The hairdo was just what my cousin wanted and the make-​up was very natural-​looking. Erica was very patient and professional.
Jessica in the front desk was always checking in with all customers and was very attentive.

I got platinum blonde highlights and I was so happy with the results. The salon is very nice, clean and friendly environment. I recommend the hairdresser Soraya, she is the owner of the salon and does an amazing job.

I don’t even want to rate one star for this salon. Especially the worst egoistic bad attitude hair stylist JUAN… I love taking care of my hair & takes a lot to trust anyone to touch it. Done my hair once with JUAN and of course he just guided his assistants to do «his» work! Try to go with him again booked an appt and says I never did when I actually personally spoke to him we rescheduled the very next day for 3 pm & I show up & JUAN stated again he never had an appt with me… first a liar… second bad attitude with his egoistic attitude that I literally left the salon angry. He has no class whatsoever & does not belong in this field of work. San Diego has many talented stylists with great personalities & he’s def not one of them. He posted a final picture of my sisters hair like if it was perfected the first time. Her hair came out orangish & gray … She complained and had to deal with his attitude to fix it 2 more times but of course he used the final pic to promote his work. I have a before and after pic of all his work! I will NEVER recommend JUAN to anyone EVER!

Made an appointment the day prior with Michele. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for a cut & she straightened/​curled my hair as well. I’m not really high maintenence, so honestly speaking, the service was good. It’s a family owned business with very hard working people.

This is a good place to get a hair style. That is it. If you’re thinking of coming to dye your hair do NOT come here. I guarantee you, you will be highly disappointed at the way they leave your hair. In other words do not even come here. These people don’t take your needs seriously and will charge you a crap ton of money for the shittiest service, you may as well have done yourself.

Michele is an awesome hair stylist. I would highly recommend her. Came in without having an appointment and was in and out of the hair salon in less than 30 minutes.

Burnt hair I do care!!! Pics will speak for itself ! So I purchased a coupon for $ 65 including a deep conditioning cut blowdry and all colored hair. I arrived at 1 PM for my hair appt. I informed receptionist of my hair groupon purchase. And informed her exactly what I wanted done. Upon checking in I was informed that I would have to wait because he already had three clients. This was my second attempt to trying get this appointment again because he double booked me the first time. I told him no way you’ll have to do my hair I’m not gonna come back a third time. Not my fault your receptionist doesn’t know how to book an appointment. So he rushed me and my very fine Lane head sack from 1 PM till 530 being processed with bleach in my hair. It is so bad that I will now have to chop it all off. They did what they called a deep conditioning there was nothing deep about it. My hair color is the color of a McDonald’s french fry. And Burnt like one too. I will inform all family which is a big one that I have from here all the way to the coast not to go to this place and I will do it through social media as well. What took me A year of growing my hair the link that I desired and keeping it very healthy is now completely damaged. My scalp is also burned bad… Real bad. Thanks Juan. But no thanks.

Oscar did my hair and he did a great job; I came in with a old ombra & he was able to do a full color & knew what to do to ensure the color would come out even all over. He even cut my bangs so perfectly. He’s so nice & friendly — Definitely recommend him!

Definitely recommend Krystal! I showed her two pictures of the subtle highlights I liked and we did something in between that came out just how I imagined! She’s fun and hip too so you can trust she won’t leave you looking like a hot mess.

Very happy customer! I have referred a lot of my girlfriends to see Juan. He’s truly gifted!!! I get my hair dyed darker. Either just the roots or every other time I re-​do all of it. He leaves my hair always looking shinny and healthy. My hair is long down to my middle back and he cuts it just a bit to get rid of split ends. Always styles it perfectly and at a very reasonable charge.
