I called and spoke to someone because we needed to repair our microwave. The person who answered the phone asked me a few questions, I was having trouble understanding them and when I asked a question, they hung up on me. I called back, assuming maybe we were disconnected, and had another unpleasant conversation with either the same employee or a different employee. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they told me there was not a supervisor or manager working. Then they told me they don’t repair microwaves! What?!? I just spent 10 minutes talking to this place about microwaves before they tell me they don’t repair microwaves?! Wow, thank you for wasting my time.
