Love it. One of my regular stops when seeking a new piece for our condo. Great customer service for buyers. I’ve not tried to consign there yet. Have purchased several items and am impressed with the quality of the merchandise; variety is good; turnover is fast. I agree with the other comment, if you see it, you’d better put a hold on it(for up to one hour) to think or take measurements, etc. Or buy it and take it home — ask if item doesn’t fit/work if it can be returned(obviously the sooner the better)…but they are willing to work with you. Great store. Some items seem expensive but prices do come down over time if items don’t sell.

Outstanding furniture consignment shop, hidden gem just north of the Naples line in Bonita, great merchandise, good pricing, can’t say enough about this shop. Owner is present and gracious, staff is all friendly and helpful. Turn over is incredibly fast. Buy it when you see it, because it generally won’t be there the next day. I have been on both ends of the buy and sale, and been very happy and impressed with the entire team.

I had a bad experience with this store and I’ve been consigning furniture for years. I consigned three very expensive, artist-signed candle holders April 10, 2014. I went to pick up my items on June 30 since they had not sold, and a store employee tried to convince me to leave them a little longer to see if they would sell. I said no and told her that there were only 10 days left on the contract and I wanted to go ahead and take them home. She told me to locate my items and bring them to the front desk. I spent 15 minutes looking for my items when I finally asked her where the other 2 candle holders were located. Not once did she offer to help me find them because she knew the candle holders were not there. She finally admitted to me that there had been a problem with 2 of them. When I asked what type of problem, she and another employee said that they had been broken. I realize that this is a risk that we take when we consign items, however, they never called me about this. If I had received a phone call after the first one had broken, I would have picked up the other two. No phone calls, no apologies and horrible customer service! Further more, I am not convinced that they didn’t sell the other two because they didn’t have evidence of them being broken. They said that a customer broke one and one of their service people broke the other. I have no idea when either incident happened because I was never notified. I cannot recommend this store for consigning fragile items. Ironically, when I originally consigned these items, the employee who helped me said that she didn’t recommend consigning items this nice at this store. Then a more seasoned employee came up and told me otherwise. Lesson learned.
