This location is so nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and always making you feel welcome. I like how everyone here is always so helpful. I just wished the bakery baked goods were a little more fresh such as pizza fresh made rolls.

Updated Publix. Was it really updated? Oh, yeah, the building was. There’s quite a bit more stock in this store, but is it really a superior grocery store now? Average. I’d really like to give it 2 and ½ stars, but I’ll give it the extra half star for being so dang convenient. While it’s a clean store and it is much larger, why on earth would you put your groceries on one side of this huge building and your bread on the other side down the same aisle as diapers? I’m confused. And prices have escalated higher than even the local corner convenience stores in my neck of the woods. And there are no cart corrals in the parking lot — which leaves shoppers a choice of either being a good citizen and physically walking your empty cart back up inside the store or leaving it abandoned in between the cars that are parked here(some of which are pretty pricey)? I’m not getting the logic. Of course, I’m judging this store mainly on what I’m accustomed to in my home town(I suppose you could say I’m spoiled). Not really a fan, but it will have to do, I suppose, due to the extreme lack of competition in this area. But let’s just say that I would choke before I paid $ 8.59 for a bottle of shampoo that I bought at my local HEB for $ 4 and change a little over a week ago. THAT, Publix, is extortion!

It’s near my house so i tend to go here. There seems to be less variety than there used to be. The last two times I bought lettuce it was awful. Two of the three tomatoes I bought last week rotted. They didn’t just over ripen they got black spots. And now when I cut open my pomegranate for salad it was black inside. I have got to stop buying produce here. Shelf items only.

I love this store and all the Publix for that matter. Compared to back in Pittsburgh where you can expect to check yourself out and bag your own groceries. Produce is always nice and fresh. Yes the deli is a little slow but it’s always freshly sliced. I’d rather wait a few minutes to get fresh sliced lunch meat than have it sitting out all day in a bin. Then there is the customer service at checkout. They always have a smile on their face. Heck they even help take groceries out of the cart. The service here is excellent and just like their commercials say it really is a pleasure to shop here. Only complaint is the rotisserie chickens. They should have these ready to go by dinner time. Last few times I’ve had to go elsewhere to get a chicken. When they do have them though they are really good

Newly built location opened in June. Night and day difference from the old store. Everything is brand new, well stocked and easy to find. We were way overdue for this replacement Publix! If you have a problem paying for higher quality, there are alternatives like Winn Dixie across the street.

The deli dept is sooo slow it’s insane. We’ve come here 5 times since it opened and no matter if there’s one person ahead of us or five people we always wait way too long. Not sure why, but it’s pretty discouraging.

Bought a pre-packaged salad there this am for lunch. It was rotten, I know I can get my money back but now I’m stuck working a 10 hour shift with no lunch. they need to do a better job at inspecting their product, especially for as much as Publix charges. I have a local neighborhood Wallmart Grocery Store that is consistently 35% less expensive. I do not mind paying more for quality but this Publix has the high prices but without the quality.

I have been shopping at this Publix for 20 years, I love the cleanest of everthing and I have found through my travels that all Publix stores are clean. I hate to leave Florida in the summer because I have never found a grocery store that can come close to Publix. The ones in Savannah, Ga. are the same, always a pleasure to shop. Please come Northward Publix, we need you in the upper 48.

Everything about this Publix is standard, except for what is directly around the building itself: the good Italian joint Alberto’s Trevi, a Dunkin Donuts, and the excellent La Fogata Mexican restaurant. Inside you’ll find the usual everything. I go here with my parents and the fruit and veggies are just so-so. You may have better luck at one of the many farmers market places around Bonita, such as those at the flea market up Bonita Beach road, or outside the Grocery and Wine discount store just north on Bonita beach road, the other side of Tamiami trail as this Publix. It seems like there’s been construction here for awhile, but it doesn’t affect getting into the store much. Nothing more to say here.
