These guys just left our shop and I decided to report my experience here. We almost didn’t hire this company based on the bad review that was on this site, but they were recommended by our IT guy, so we gave them a shot. We have an old HP printer that my boss refuses to replace, but is always complaining about. This time it was making a grinding noise and sounded like a meat grinder every time he printed. Did I mention this printer sits about 3 feet from my head? Any way I recommended replacing this dinosaur, but he refused as usual. After calling around and getting nowhere(everyone I called said it was to old to fix) I finally asked our IT guy if he knew anybody. He said he had worked with C3 a few times and that they were good, «expensive but good» to accurately quote him. I called C3 and they also told the machine was too old to fix. But when I explained my situation with my boss and his love for this machine they agreed to come out and have a look. Their tech was out today and basically rebuilt the entire machine. I’m happy to report the machine works and is QUIET! It cost us $ 275 but worth every penny, I have my sanity back. The verdict: good experience, tech was on time and thorough. So there it is, my first ever online review.

Placed an order for toner more than 3 weeks ago, and it never arrived. Tried calling the customer service department repeatedly, left several voice mails and and emailed them, and have not been able to talk to anyone as of yet. This experience has been dreadful. Will have to order our toner though staples. They certainly know how to make for an unhappy customer.
