Pizza Hut

I placed an order online at 10AM for a pick up at 11:00AM it’s now 11 and my pizzas are just being made as I now have to sit here and wait and now the women (Kellesha) who rang me up with out washing her hands is over there helping to make them I wanna puke!!! Where’s the health department in this town? 20 damn minutes waiting when I placed the order two hours ago SMH

Usually get exactly what I order, only problem with this place is the quality of staff could be better. I’ve never been here and not seen half of the staff outside smoking. And inside the employees don’t seem to care much of their appearances.

Somethings changed here. We walk in and they had no clean tables, I mean dishes, pizza crust, you name it on every table with 10 people running around the place. Used their paper towels to wipe their table after they said they’d be back to do it. 50 minutes later we got our cold pizza. Told them it was unacceptable to wait this long and expect this. She said she would get our bill for the sodas cause we were done… she did come back and comp our drinks and we left pizzaless. Horrible management skills, just look around the place when you walk in, no one wants to clean a table!

If u have never worked fast food before u don’t know how hard it is to keep up with all the customers and tickets and pizza hut is a lot like fast food these guys aren’t perfect but they do the best they can

This place… this place… is horrible… only reason I ordered here twice is because dominoes sucks and Bonham doesn’t have a papa johns. Order one, driver was legit at being pissed off. People were rude on phone. I’m into second chances though, second time, driver was really pissed that he had to wait 5 minutes at my front door. People where rude, asked to speak to manager, she was really rude too, fml, I can’t get anywhere with these people…3RD TIME! I tried a 3^rd time!!! And I just hung up because they were still being assholes over the phone!!! On the topic of the food… I mean it was Pizza Hut what do you expect? I’m surprised there was no spit in my food… or there could have been and I still ate it… ewwwww…anywho they suck don’t order, if you have to order, dominoes or that Chinese place, that’s about all there is in Bonham…

This has to be the oldest and saddest looking Pizza Hut I have ever seen! This place could use a facelift but the buffet is delicious!!!

like the new restaurant look. But our waitress must not like her job. Did not seem to be interested what we wanted. Got my tea, ask for sweet and low. I’ll give it was little busy… but ended up asking someone else for it after she just kept going by us. After about 10 – 15 minutes, we asked another if they get us some… took them less then 2 minutes to get… go figure?
