I went to target 1÷24÷15 with my wife and friend. Went to the register with a few items. Almost all the items were priced wrong. As soon as I caught the mistake the register attendee whose name I cannot recall said«ughhhh, I only have four minutes left for this and I gotta go!» The manager came over and called on a person to check the first item and was told«someone moved that price tag in the wrong place, I can’t honor that» my wife and I both got the impression she suspected that we moved the sign. Second item is rung up and the sign on those were incorrect. Third item I didn’t notice until I got home. In front of a line of customers I was told«someone moved that sign I will not give it to you» by the manger with attitude of course and then the register attendee said my wife and I were«being a problem»(NOT have a problem) more than once and that we were«inconnivencing her.» Manager was fine with the accusation and rude language from her subordinate. As much as I dislike Walmart, I will go there were I am not a «problem.» The fact of the matter is both manager(white blonde medium build lady whose name I believe was Amy) and the Attendee(African American medium set lady) have got to get trained on how to talk to customers. I am fine if you cannot give me the price but don’t call me a problem or accuse me of moving a sign.

I’d like to think that this is an above average Target. The store has a great selection of everything you could need on an average shopping trip. This store used to be just general merchandise, but they have been adding grocery for a while, and it’s turned out pretty good. They have a good selection of clothes, toys, homewares, electronics, and some basic hardware. You’re not going to find a huge selection in any one of those areas, just the basics, but unless you’re looking for something that’s obscure, you can probably find it here. The grocery section is mostly non-perishables, but they do have a limited frozen and fresh foods area. The fresh food area is pretty small compared to other stores in the area. Nothing is prepared in house. There is no deli or anything like that, so when you see premade stuff like sandwiches or cut up fruit, it was done elsewhere and shipped in. I really like this store. It’s inexpensive, but you never feel like it’s dirty.

Good Target. After they updated the store, and added groceries, it has been a great shopping experience. I usually grab an espresso from the Starbucks inside. It prevents me from driving a few miles for coffee. I still prefer to get meat from a Butcher in Plainfield or even Jewel. I like going to Target to assemble a quick lunch. So many options. They make it easy too. It seems like prices are pretty good too. This Target is near Five Guys, Burger King Kohls. Panera, Jewel.

My husband and I went to Target on 10÷3÷2014 to shop for men’s shirts. I like Target stores and the checkout clerks, who are usually pleasant, but other help at Target are real duds. There was a female clerk working(very slowly… never seen anyone move as slowly as this one) putting things away or stocking in the area of the fitting rooms between maternity and men’s wear. She passed by me several times, each time looking at me, but did not acknowledge me at all. I was going to say ‘hello’, but the look she gave me told me she didn’t want to be bothered. She actually intimidated me. Like I said, we like the clothes selections atTarget and did purchase a couple of shirts, but we usually try to avoid the place.

I love Target… period! This one store is good, but its the management that is just ok. I had one interaction with them, it was not the best. My Target coupon was for $ 10 off $ 50 in grocery. The manager pulled out ALL of my stuff in MY cart and went through MY bags to see what all I bought. Why didn’t he look at my receipt? He said that flour, sugar, syrup and stuff like that did not count as grocery, it was baking stuff, and that is why coupon would not work. Fine, but don’t go through my bags and pull out all my items and make me bag it back up. YES, he did! I was so upset, because I had personal items, and everyone was watching. I was embarrassed. I love one particular cashier, I cannot remember her name, but she is ALWAYS smiling and I love it. I would love to be able to write her name here, sorry I cannot remember it, but I do love her! I always try to get into her lane when she is working. I do like the Starbucks in the store!

I always find what I need, what I want, and what I want but don’t need to buy in this store. Since they’ve remodeled, it’s much nicer, cleaner, and even has a Starbucks so I can enjoy my vanilla rooibos tea latte as I shop. What I love most about this store is that I can get Wal-Mart prices on a lot of things without having to go to Wal-Mart. The only thing I don’t like is that their grocery section could be better, and by better I mean have more grocery items.

O.K. I do not shop at my Target hardly as much as a used to since they expanded and updated the store! I really don’t know why these stores think they have to do this! It maddens me! I don’t know why they did this, did it help, did it make it anymore less confusing– NO! The aisles are much tighter and the merchandise is spread around with the aisles going in and out. Before you walked around once, now they have us going in, out, and around a hundred times! This drives me nuts and does not make for a quick shopping experience!

I really don’t shop here that much. I just go here whenever someone gives me a gift card to this store. The clothes aren’t even that appealing and the stuff seems expensive to me. I come here as least as possible.

This Target used to be great and really had a lot going for it… until it got a face lift last Summer. During the remodel to make it bigger the store was totally moved around and covered in crap. It’s been done with the remodel for months now and it still looks like ‘pardon our dust’ style crap. The store is now set up like a Kmart and smells like a Walmart. The customer service counter ladies are A-holes. My boyfriend was trying to return something and the lady gave him total attitude. Long story short, his entire bank’s database was compromised and they had to cancel and reissue every customer’s debit card. My bf had purchased the item he wanted to return on that card, prior to his bank’s issue, and when he want to return the item and that card no longer worked he was out of luck, even though he had the receipt and the item he purchased was Target brand… when he explained his debit card story the manager at the customer service desk walk ed over and said«Like I haven’t heard that on before»… uhm, what? That bitch is lucky I wasn’t at the counter because I would shoved my fist in her face. Pull the stick out of your lazy ass and give him store credit, beotch! Anyway, the whole place is messy, no order, and looks like a clearance rack. Their selection is weak in comparison to other Target stores and the way their checkout lines are set up is mayhem. Go to a different Target for any needs besides pharmacy… the pharmacy peeps are the only educated and reasonable people in the joint. I pray for them. Oh yes, during the«expansion» they downgraded from 2 entrances on either side of the building, to 1 so now everyone coming in and going out uses the same door, going in and out the wrong way. Also, the one opening is built on the corner of the building with one side being a busy intersection, the other the tip of the parking lot. I’m shocked that no one has gotten hot by a car yet. It’s insanity… worst design ever. Can’t walk there, can’t drive there… so stupid. And the corner door makes the large parking lot a pain because unless you get a spot in the very front row, you’re pretty far from the one, inconveniently placed door.

I broke my rule. The rule is, children are to be given expensive shoes and cheap clothes. Target gets the 18-point«Fuck You» for its shit shoes that are non-refundable despite falling apart after a few uses, lack of accountability and the fact that the company doesn’t care about its customers. They won the battle but lost the war. What did I expect? Also, they had no clue on the manufacturer information, so don’t tell me they care about labor — they have no idea who’s laboring for them.

It’s been a while since I’ve had to shop for anything besides basic necessities. But after a recent move, I realized my kitchen utensils included a fork, a pan, and one spatula. I went in to Target, and was really amazed by the kitchen and home wares selection. I could have went hog wild, but refrained. But I did walk out of there with some nice kitchen tools, along with some bath towels and some cleaning products. The prices were definitely more than the Wal-Mart cheapies that I’m used to, but the quality was worth the price. I definitely will be back to this Target in the near future. I was kind of disappointed in one thing though, this Target is sans Starbucks.
