This T-Mobile location is the BEST. I have been hanging issues changing the name on the account for over 1 year. Then I talked to DeJon at this T-Mobile and BOOM. He knew what to do, we had to do a change of responsibility and he even changed us to the new plan saving us enough money to afford to buy two brand new Galaxy S4’s.

One star because the customer service here is enraging! No matter what time of day you go in, every staff member is busy with another person. They make you just mill around awkwardly, and most of the time they forget that you haven’t been helped. It is so infuriating. Im just going to upgrade my phone online.

There are always enough sales people there (which is a good thing) but it seems when you actually try to purchase an item it takes forever. I went in to upgrade my phone and plan and it took about 1 hour and I was the only customer inside the store. Who knew buying a phone would take as long as buying a car. Overall staff wasn’t that knowledgeable, but they were friendly.
As long as you have time on your side and you do your own outside research on a phone or plan you should be safe.
