I ordered a washer from them with delivery direct from factory in «5 days» (I’ll give them the benefit of assuming these are business days). When it hadn’t shown up in a week and a half, I called. «We’re sorry, we’re out of stock on them.» «But your web site said it was shipped directly from the factory!» «Well, that’s not true any more.» Worse, they did NOTHING to call or email me to let me know that my order would be delayed by three weeks. Okay, when I called they gave me the option of canceling my order but, dammit, I’m already out over a week. Forget what their web site says, forget what they email you, CALL them and demand answers about orders.
